                    NEWS UPDATE
A mission team from SOUTH KOREA arrived on 13th January, during their stay here they will be ministering with the children of Maranatha Mission School pray for this team for they will be here till 29th January 2016.

NEW CHURCH BRANCH

                                          BWANA ASIFIWE ( PRAISE THE LORD) !!!!!
We glorify the name of the LORD for the new church branch that has been opened in Nkurungo village in Misenyo district in Kagera in the southern parts of TANZANIA. This is an area where majority of people were infected by HIV/AIDS and many have died because of the disease in that area leaving a huge number of orphans.

as it can be seen on the pictures above there is a great need for a permanent church building in this Area. Pray for God's provision so that we can be able to build a permanent church building for the people of God in this area you can also support this work of God by sending your donations through addresses that are below this page.

A new Maranatha branch church in Tanzania

Ruvu Muungano; A new Maranatha Branch Church.

 This is a new branch located in a poor village of  Ruvu Muungano Same district ,

Kilimanjaro Regional in Tanzania. 

The residents of this area depend on small farming activities  as their main economic activity. This area is comprised of mixture of different tribes  like  Masai, Pare and the  Chaga.

As seen on the photo there is a need for a new stable church building for these people, as the 
 temporary one becomes difficult to use during rain seasons, therefore pray for this project which is estimated to cost about $6,000

Maranatha in Burundi

   We glorify the name of the Lord for the ministry of Burundi is growing every day. Currently there are about twenty Maranatha church branches all over Burundi. The mighty hand of the Lord has been seen supporting the church pastors and the members of the church despite the political situation of the country,some of  members of our churches had to run to other neighboring countries like Tanzania and Uganda.The plans under way is to start a branch church in the refugee camp in Tanzania. Pray for these church branches of this country and every one in it in general.

Further more the Lord has opened a way and a small bible school has been started in this country. We have seen the need of opening a bible school because there is a lot of  ministers who are ready to  be in full time ministry however lacking training. We do train them so as they are equipped for the ministry work to serve the Lord. We are acting in faith and believing  God for his provision because we need to finish it, as well we need dormitories for students accommodation. Currently students use unfinished church sanctuary. Further we are in need of books all this is to enable our current students and future students to learn more about the Lord and pour out this knowledge towards others in this nation and the world in general.

Maranatha Mission Seminary(Secondary) June 2015

We thank God for the progress of the high school/secondary school which started on January 13, 2014. The school is now on the second class since last year's first class 9th grade known here in Tanzania as FORM 1.

This year the 10th graders will be sitting for their national exams which is  necessary for every 10th graders (form 2) in the country to go through these exams. Pray for these students for an outstanding performance.

 Further more we  are in need 0f  two new classrooms so pray for GOD'S provision for this project.The need for this project is around $20,000
